    Hi All,

On my dv2000t, I've noticed that the groove in the screen frame collects dirt.

Is there any reason that HP created this groove on all four sides of the screen?

Any easy way to get the dirt out from there? I can only think of a brush.

Get a photographer's lens brush. They are wonderful for getting that kind of dust and junk out of the little crevices on your laptop. They are soft enough to not scratch at all, but stiff enough and thin enough to really get in there and fling the stuff out. I use it for my keyboard as well and any other "seams" on the laptop where dust and dirt tends to collect.
