    Hi everybody!

I'm about to buy a notebook, and I have found so far that the DV1000/V2000 are the best one for my use. I've red all reviews, including the comparison between the two.

I would like to know if the problems of the DV1000 (screen, CMOS clock, HD noise) have been corrected lately? Does people still have those problems? Any advice from people who received it in the last few days/weeks?

    Thank you very much :)

    Tublefou

I think the CMOS clock and HD noise have been fixed.

I have one, just delivered in January. No CMOS clock problem and no Hard Drive noise problem. NOte- I did get the faster harddrive. I also don't see any problem with it running hot.
