    DV1000 in Canada

    Hello.
    I was just wondering if anybody here has been able to purchase a DV1000 in Canada?

    The perticular one that I am looking for is the DV1010, which is listed on both Futureshop's and Bestbuy's sites, but they have none in stock and don't apear to be taking any orders (when I talked to a customer service representitive they said somthing about a release date (?) but couldn't really help me). This struck me as odd- if they were out of stock and wern't taking any back-orders why wouldn't they remove it from thier site?

    Also, the HP shopping site for Canada is probably one of the worst ever made- it has very few options in stock and is very poorly designed and managed.

    If somone knows about a certain release date for this laptop in Canada or has found a retailer that sells them could you please post it here? Thanks.
