So I wants one, I'm wondering if the only model that came configured with the Turion Neo x2 is the dv2-1199us model? http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...c=us&objectID=c01764352&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN

They aren't sold in Canada anymore except in 'The Source' (formerly Radio Shack now owned by Circuit City) stores and they only have the 1020ca models, which I am not interested in.

Was there any other models with the turion neo and 3410 graphics? Doesn't seem to be that great a selection even on e-bay for dv2's :(

HP is really pushing the DM3 here in the Calgary area, but they all are the low end models, with the L335 Athlon and base graphics, I'd go for one of these 13 inchers I suppose if I could find one of the turion neo/ATI 4330 models but no such luck in Canada with HP

    /rant

What the heck HP? Why oh why can Canadians not buy from the US site? The Canadian hpshopping site is very, very very sadly lacking as is our retail selection of decnt models.

    /rant off

Helrazr - I've got a single-core dv2 (dv2-1110US) and it is a POS. I think you are wasting your time to even think about it! The proc sits between 80 and 100% most of the time, the fan runs alot, and it only gets a little over two hours, in Power Saver mode, on a single charge. Mine does have a beautiful LCD and very nice build quality - but I would sell it in a NY minute if I could. Just my opinion, AMD is incapable of building a powerful, low-voltage processor along the lines of Intel's CULV's. That's a shame - but that's the way it is... :(

JellyGeo thank you for the reply. I have heard really good things about the neo x2 processors though and would love to take one for a spin except I'm not even sure if the Athlon Neo x2 or the Turion Neo x2 made it to market in the DV2 line. I'm trying to figure out if there anre even any that a guy could pursue or not.

EDIT: I should mention that I am after a US model as well as the ca models have the Frech keyboard.
