    I recently purchased this laptop and was looking to get a docking station for it. Are there other DS that are compatible with this laptop besides the huge xb300?

    No, HP is usually very specific about the compatibility of docking stations and notebooks (they make one for a group of notebooks).

    i saw one at bestbuy and looks pretty decent for me... not that huge but looks small for a 17" notebook (they placed a dv8000 on xb3000)
