    DV2000t and a couple of questions?

    I have a dv2000t with T7200 and sometimes when converting mp3 to itunes on batter it will get slow but when i plug the power plug in it speeds up. It dosen't do this all the time but it will do it periodically. What could be the problem?


    Also, this is another issue I have that has nothing to do with the above. Once in a while when after the laptop has been turned on and is running on the battery I will get this short 2 second beep. Why does this thing beep?

    Mobile CPUs downclock (slow themselves down) to save battery life. They generally go right back to full speed when plugged in.
