    i just cofigured this from costco.com as advised by members.

    It's giving me Costco Member Price of $1,076.99 i'm not a member. this means i'm going to be SURcharged 5%. could be as high as $1120

    Any way i can bring the price down?
    Any coupons?
    Is there a better deal somewhere?
    I want to pay for it tomorrow.

    It's a good deal as long as your touchpad works great and get a good lcd screen. Why don't you become a member for $35.00

    I got almost the same thing without lightscribe, the 12 cell, or the earbuds for $895 before tax with APP from the HP site.

    The 12 cell is worth about $100, but I don't think that it is a worthy upgrade because of the bulk it adds.

    Another problem is that my ETA is October 10th.

    OK by it from hp to save $3.00. Come on get real. costco has a lot of great deals out their and believe me you will be saving in the long run over the annual membership. Visit the warehouse and see. Ordering it online with costco you have to wait till October 11th before it is shipped and add another 7 days if you want the 2.0 processor and I think that is a couple of days sooner then HP says it will be shipped.
