ok so iv had my 2500t for about a month, and noticed that at a medium volume or above, the right speaker at certain frequencys will buzz, espieccilly during skype convrsations, its really anoying, and i know for a fact its a hardware failure, but what kind? if its the speaker can i replace it myself, is there any other way to get it to stop vibrating, its anoying!, thanks

hmm, that's odd, at least it shouldn't be happening til at least 95 percent volume. It could be a lose placement of the speaker cone behind the grill. I'm looking at my dv2500 now and I don't see a safe way to remove the grill. I guess i would send it in. of course i have heard stories of scratched laptops and issues after sending it in.

You have popped speakers thats why its vibrating. The sound shouldnt distort or buzz untill around 80% max volume

Don't you think it's the grill that causes the annoying sound? When the volume is high enough, the speaker assembly would vibrate and definitely would be in contact with the top cover. On my DV2500, the annoying sound is strongest at the gap on the top-right corner of the keyboard.
