    Hey,
    Issue # 1
I am having problems with my power adaptor on my laptop. When my computer is plugged in, the plug needs to be in just the right spot in the receptacle on the computer or it will not charge or draw power. Additionally, there have been times that I have left my machine for the night, and the power plug was attached correctly only to come back the next morning with a dead computer because it was running on battery power all night.

I have read that this is an issue with this style of HP notebook and I was wondering if anyone else has any experiences in dealing with HP in relation to this (and getting it fixed)? It will draw some power but I'm sure it is just a matter of time that before it stops working all together. I want to get it fixed before my warranty runs out at the end of Dec.

    Issue # 2
I have not been able to find anyone else with this issue. Just recently, when my computer comes out of stand-by mode, the top row of my keyboard (Q,W,E,I,O,P) do not work. There have been cases where I have had to plug in an external keyboard in order to get past my boot password (as it contains of those letters).

Has anyone had any experience with this issue?

    Thanks in advance,
    J
