I have a friend who has a DV4000 with the integrated graphics (older generation). She has had the comp for about 6 months, and it had so many problems restarting itself, bluescreening, and giving errors about not being able to read the memory that she sent it back...they replaced the memory...got it back....sent it back and they replaced the motherboard....got it back....sent it back and they replaced the memory AND the motherboard AND the hard drive.....and it is still having these problems. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this? She needs it for law school finals coming up soon....I don't live in the same city, so I wouldn't be able to access the laptop without a special trip....
