Ok, so I understand that the dv4t has heat issues, but is 77 degrees Celsius normal for the GPU? The HD hovers at 60 as well. CPU temps are in the 30s at idle and 40s under load.

I've already had the laptop serviced once for heat issues, but they've returned.

Any ideas? What info do you need from me?

I'm not gaming, just surfing the web wirelessly.

    Thanks,
    Xerloq

Just put it through the a light game of Trine on very low settings at 640x480. it was a slideshow (maybe 6 FPS). The GPU hit 99 degrees C.

Has anyone else had these issues?

If its 70 at idle that's probably not a good sign. How long have you had the laptop? If you've had it for more than a year, the heatsink might be clogged with dust. If its under a year then you might want to send it in (but clean the fan and heatsink first anyway).
