    Hey guys, have any of you experienced this?

    I just got my DV4Z yesterday, and right off the bat, I got a blank screen when I turned it on (and still do) when it's not plugged in.

    Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

    I don't own one, but maybe you should check the battery? Also give them a call.
