    DV5-1155ee Remote control doesn't work

    I bought a brand new DV5-1155ee but I just noticed that only the volume up/down keys work. If I press any other button like quick play or the media centre or DVD or the OFF button nothing happens??

    What am I doing wrong?

    quicklaunch button drivers are responsible for the remote and its functions.
