Anyone have opinions on these two?
Looks to me for about the same money the DELL offers one key difference.
A powerful GPU Radeon X1400 vs. the integrated 200M.

I've invested quite a bit of time learning about the HP. I'm wondering if I missing anything regarding the DELL. I was pretty surprised that it could be gotten at a similar price to the dv5000z.

    Dual Core
    X1400 256
    TrueLife screen.

    About 850 or so.

well, first off the if your going for gaming, the x1400 in the 1505 is way better than the 200M. If you want a solid, strong, AMD based machine go with the dv5000z. Also you could get the dv5000z cheaper if your a student and use their student APP program.
