Ok guys here is my problem. I have a Dv5000t laptop with bluetooth and no matter what i do i can't connect bluetooth device to it. By that i mean i can't start a connection with another computer. However from my desktop i can start a connection to it (the dv5000t). This is very troubling for me. No matter what i do i cant get it to work. Ex: i got to file on DV5000 and right click on it. hit send to and try to find the device but it just won't find anything. The ability for the other comp to see device is on so i don't know. Any info would be great. THe other thing i noticed is that the HP laptops have a host of different services available for bluetooth. My Cellink usb bluetooth dongle just has a couple. I mean isnt a bluetooth conection a bluetooth connection? I didn't know they were so different. Thanks

Well I dont know how to solve your exact problem, but I do know that different bluetooth devices have different amounts of functionality. Some just have file transfer, while some can be hosts for things like internet browsing and using a cellphone for a modem.
