Hi, its been a while since I've visited here.

I bought my DV5T back in January and the past few months I have had an issue with the battery. After being fully charged I may shut the laptop down. But a few hours later when I start it up as soon as the desktop loads I see it says 90% or so battery left. If I don't use it for a few days it can go all the way down to the 70 or 80% range. I've tried calibrating it many times with the instructions from HP. My warranty will be up in a month so I want to try to resolve this now before the school semester starts again.

Has this battery gone bad? Should I ask HP for a replacement battery?

Bump? Is there another calibration procedure I could try?

It says the battery is fine. But losing 10% or more of the charge after a couple hours is worrying.
