I asked this in another thread but it got buried and wasn't answered so I'm trying again. I'm interested in the DV5T and I see there are several options for a processor. What are the differences between them? I know that there is an increase in cache size between the P8600 and the T9400, but is there any difference between the P7350 and the P8400 other than the .26 Ghz? Are all the offerings Montevina processors?

I guess the biggest question is which of these processor upgrades are really worth the money? I'll be using the DV5T for movies, games, and surfing the net if that helps.

    Thanks!

Well, this spec doc covers all the upper processors, but I couldn't find anything about the P7350 on Intel's site. It's as if it does not even exist. If I had to guess, I'd say that it is just like the 8xxx processors, minus the .26GHz - or possibly with only 2MB L2 cache. (That's just a guess, though).
