I just bought an additional power adapter from ebay for my DV5T. The power adapter is Compaq original but the voltage says 19 volt instead of 18.5 volt (from original power adapter). Is it safe to use it or should I return it since the voltage is different?

4.74A on the new one. I don't have the Amp on the original one since it is currently at my office.

You will need to find out what the amp is on the other. It should be 4.8amps.
