Hi! I have a few questions for any owners of the HP DV5t. I have heard that it is a great computer for gaming and school. That is lasts and is durable. That the only problems are the color being washed out (on the screen) and it gets a bit warm, but both are easily fixed. Is this true?

I was also wondering if HP had a good costumer service? I currently own a Dell, and I really love their customer service. Whereas, I have an HP notebook that has lasted well over 8 years but their customer service was horrible. Is this still true?

I am okay with computers but not great. So I'd like to know what I am getting myself into before actually buying a laptop. Thank you so much in advanced!
