    Hi,

The plastic kit on my HP Pavilion DV6 6053ea keeps loosening. Its the part under the laptop that holds RAM, HD etc. I bought a second hand replacement part on EBay but it too has become loose and its annoying having to apply pressure to tighten it up. Some of the teeth are missing but not that many. Any ideas as to what I can do to fix it ? It seems like a poor HP design.

The part number is 640444-001 but I only see second hand parts on the net which probably will have the same problem as I currently am having.
