    I'm looking for a replacement for my A100-756, and considering either the DV6-2110ea or DV7-3111ea

    Would you buy this? :confused:

    I've no complaints about the A100, but need something a bit quicker. What is the build quality, reliability etc. like?

    Specs :DV6 Intel i7-720QM, 4GB Ram, 500GB HD, 15.6 screen
    DV7 Intel i5-430M, 4GB Ram, 500HD, 17.3 screen

    Screen size is not too important, I would buy the better machine, but I've heard there may be problems with reliabiliity with some HP laptops. Never had any problems with any of their printers/scanners or with support. Is this still the case?
