Just as the title says as of late Ive been experiencing a issue with my dv6 periodically.

When i leave my laptop for a little while idle i have it set to have the monitor turn off after 10 minutes. And lately when i go to use the laptop and press the keyboard or move the mouse, the screen doesnt turn back on. It just stays off no matter what i do.. I dont think the laptop is frozen as when i press a bunch of keys like crazy you get the dings.

It seems the only way that i can get the screen to come back to life is to hard reset the laptop by holding the power button and then restarting the laptop...

Now this doesnt seem to happen every time but it has now happened a few times more that id like and is as of late more than usual..

    Any suggestions?
