I have had a couple of DV6-61XX one AMD and one Intel. Although I had found with the Intel model the keys on the keyboard were not as soft to press. That is no big deal.

My issue is, not sure if anyone else has the same problem but have seen some mentioning something simular here in a thread a long time ago.

I im certain that the keyboard is not seated correctly or not flat in to the chassis. I have tried to fix this by putting things underneth the keyboard, but just pushes hte keyboard up further

Areas on of my keyboard are clunky. Mainly near to the top qwerty and the number above, including the function keys. Also the arrow keys are fairly bad as well.

Any help and solutions are welcome.

I don't have a fix but just wanted to post that you're not the only one. I've had multiple dvxx machines, and each seem to be pretty flexible around the 2-5 keys on the top row. It's just somethine I've tried to learn to live with.

yeah the keyboard only had one screw holding it in. Then relies on two small round like nubs near the left hand side to slide into the chassis. This really only leaves the clips around the keyboard to hold it in. Some of these dont work or have a lot of give and play in them, thus making the keyboard sit sloppy between the keyboard chassis recess. This makes the keyboard horrible to type on in some areas affected, it is clunky.
