Hello all i have a DV6000 and lately when the computer turns on it stays on for about 3-5 seconds and then shuts down and restarts and just keeps doing this forever. i have found the only way to stop it from doing this is if i as soon as the computer turns on keep pressing the f10 button until the hp bios screen comes up, then it just boots pretty normal. a little slow but i think it always has been kinda slower then my other computers. just want to know if anyone knows why it does this but is fine if i keep pressing the f10 button when i turn it on until the hp bios load boot screen. the model is dv6629wm and it have windows 7 pro, also another problem it has is that the disk drive dosent work anymore. it still receives power and ejects but it is no where to b found in device manager or in my computer.
