Short version: my new dv6191 seems to report itself to have a gig nic.

Medium version: At first I had a dv6059, but after I complained that the micophones/sound card weren't doing their job correctly, they took it in for repair. After seven weeks and a lot of messing around (Including telling Mark Hurd (That's president of HP) that I would take legal action against HP) I ended up with a dv6191, a kingston KPEX 100 and a logitech fusion webcam.

Now the dv6191 is an upgrade from a dv6059 but one of the upgrades it doesn't seem to mention anywhere is that the nic now seems to be a gig nic not just a 100BT.

Long version: I'll type that up if some one asks for it!...?

I would like to know if anyone else with a DV6000 series with MCE2005 is also having a nic that is reporting to them as a gig nic?

    I'm using sandra to test!
