This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    DV6000T Internet Dropouts Fixed

    I've had mine a while. It's been fantastic. No noise but the wireless connection would drop out and a restart was the only fix.

    Fix, In the services list go to WLAN AutoConfig. In the recovery tab there are 3 drop boxes. The lower one on mine was "take no action". Changes it to "restart the service" and bam! I think the other two should be the same.
