Hi, I recently found that my laptop won't hibernate correctly in WinXP Pro SP2. I reinstalled it as soon as I got it so I don't know if it did it in Vista. All I know is that after a fresh reboot, I can enable hibernate and it will hibernate and come back online correctly. But if I tell it to hibernate again, it will log out, go black, then come back on with a system error on the system tray without any pop up. If I then try to go the power saving feature, I don't see the hibernate tab there anymore. And any attempt to enable hibernate by associating with a button press or lid close will cause it to switch it from hibernate to stand by. I have all the latest drivers installed so I'm not sure what is wrong.

Does anyone else have this problem?

    Thanks,
    Ruibing
