Can anyone with a DV6000T please tell me how wide their keyboard is, from key to key, not overall computer size?

My old Sony 15" screen is 12" from key to key.
NC8430 15.4" screen is only 11-1/4" from key to key.

This width may be a problem and I'm reconsidering sending this back and going with the DV6000T (though it seems to have more problems than the NC8430) Sigh. Anyway, if anyone could give me the measurement, I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks.
