This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     So far, it's available for the DV6000T series, but not the DV2000T.

    Hopefully this fixes that ANNOYING high-pitched whining noise??? We'll see, I'm about to upgrade right now. Everyone share your experiences with the new bios.

    Only difference I notice is instead of having the fan come on and stay on for maybe 30 seconds, it comes on and cuts off after 15 or so.
