    DV6161ea Drivers?

    I reformatted a friends notebook, but I am not able to get the drivers for the network and some other stuff. I went to the HP site, selected my model, but the drivers don't work. I tried different model drivers and those also don't work.

    What do I do now?

    What are you missing? A good starting point would be to find out what hardware is installed in the notebook, look it up on the HP website or google it.

    I downloaded the drivers I needed from the HP site, but they don't install properly. Well, I am having trouble with the network driver to be more specific. I got the video and audio installed.
