    DV6325us Turns on by it's self

    When it happens the lid is closed and the power cord is pluged in. There is no wieght place on top that might be pushing the lid down to hit the buttons.

    Gets pretty hot too.

    Any Idea's?

    Its a great little notebook other that that. I do wish the graphics card was more substantial.

    HP= Heat Plastic. All HP gets over heated.

    now thats odd. what does the power button look like? is it somewhat square lit with a blue led? and when you close it, is it under the lcd itself or the frame of the lcd?

    errr Hambone what about the business range which has alloy not plastic, obviously it isnt heat plastic :p

    Its a rectangle and none lit. Also the LCD closes over it not the frame.
