So I've got a couple questions about my laptop. I noticed sometimes it can get kind of warm especially on the left palm rest. So I recently decided to monitor them. So I've had my laptop on a flat desk without anything blocking the airflow and running the computer for the past few hours. Mostly photoshop, web browsing, and music. So nothing too intensive.

    Temps are as followed:

    T7500
    Core 1 - Min: 45C Max: 61C
    Core 2 - Min: 46C Max:63C

    Toshiba HD
    Min:44C Max:48C

    ACPI
    Min:54C Max:62C

When I start doing some memory hogging stuff like Solidworks, Autocad, or just copying large amounts of data the CPU temps can hang out just over or just under 60C sometimes. Is this normal?

The second question I have for you is at completely random times I will get a beeping noise. It's not temperature related at all. It hasn't happened in almost a month and just today I got it again. It tends to be the same sound. It sounds like it's coming from an internal speaker on the left side of the laptop.

It tends to be two short beeps then one that sounds like a screeching speaker. The screeching speaker isn't even a defined beep, it's more of a screech that starts off lower toned for half a second, then increases it's pitch and goes away. It happens at completely random times as well. I've already checked the disk and found no bad sectors. So any thoughts?

    Thanks.
