I'm having and issue with my touchpad that I was wondering if I could get help with.

Tapping on the top left corner turns the touchpad on/off as it should bit when I lock my laptop and unlock it the orange light on the touchpad blinks another touchpad turns on by itself.

Also, when the touchpad is off it will still randomly take inputs (button presses, palm location) from the touchpad even though the orange light is on.

Does this happen for anyone else or does anyone know how I can fix it? I've tried reinstalling the drivers from hp's website probably a good 10 times now to no avail.

    Thanks for any help.
