So I dban (dariks nuke) my computer last night.. I decided to install the graphics card in the HP drivers thread, 8.771.1.0 (AMD).. I made sure i did driver sweeper and restarted my computer etc.. Now when I play counter-strike source, or cod my fps dropped to ~50, it use to get 120+ on source. Any ideas? I tried all 2 previous version as well and its the same.. I couldn't figure out which drivers I had before I nuked my computer. :(

umm make sure you don't have "wait for vertical sync" on?

might be a long shot, but what's your fps_max set at? could that be limiting it?
