    DV6t quad 6xxx dvd button problem?

    Hi,
    I've just received my laptop and it is really hard to eject the dvd tray that I have to use my fingernail. Is this normal?

    Yup, mine is the same way. I have to push my nail into it to get it to eject.

    Yeah, I remember reading about other people complaining about it. So your fine in the sense that everyone else is in the same boat.

    Yes, it is indeed a design flaw. I got fed up with the button. So, now I open My Computer, right-click DVD RW Drive and click on Eject (It is better than fiddling with the hardware eject button).
