Okay guys, so I'm inspecting my new DV6tqe that just arrived...going down a list of items to check and things to do. Didn't get very far...hinges and finish seem to be fine....all items included except for spare battery...and....keyboard flex is present. My question is...how bad does keyboard flex have to be before it's considered abnormal? I see flex when pressing down...especially near the top center...but all the way down through the center to the spacebar and alt. key. At the top the flex is pronounced. When pressing the volume down or up button, top center, the keyboard flexes enough to cause a light popping sound from the up and down motion. I can also get it to pop when pressing hard on the 9 and zero button. Is this just the way things are....or is this an issue that should be resolved?
Okay...and is it an issue that can be solved?....or is it a design flaw more than a quality control issue?

I hope this helps you!!

If you mean the flex around the F4-F6 keys, then see this thread.
