    DV6tqe temp on fixed mode

    hi everyone. I have a dv6tqe and yesterday i switched to fixed mode from dynamic mode. Now running firefox, itunes and steam these are the temperatures i get:

    Are these temperatures fine?

    Yes. Mine is usually a little cooler though.

    (I am running on the intel GPU though which is far more han sufficiant for what ou have running. You should only need the 6770 for heavy gaming (ie skyrim, cod, w/e). The intel should have no problem with online games.

    so should i switch to dynamic mode and just use the dedicated gpu for gaming?

    wow those are good temps, my cpu temps never go under 50, most of the time they stay @~55 while surfing web pages, my gpu stays at @~46 though

    I never use the intel gpu because im too lazy to switch cards everytime i play a game, maybe thats why my cpu runs hotter? :p

    i switched to dynamic and all my temp are around 30/40 right now.

    The 6770 takes your temps up ~10c and takes your battery life from 5 hours to 1 hour. (Less if you are gaming)
