I'm currently having issues with sound playback. I think it is a problem with the beats audio software.
I can hear windows sounds with no problems but i cant hear sound from music nor videos..

Hi guys. also having an issue with mine, when i play vids or music through any program it distorts every now and then. it also sometimes plays music terribly like the equaliser is not even keeping to frequency which is norm. the funny thing is that i only experience this when i play through speakers on laptop. when i connect headphones or pc speakers, its fine. please could you explain in detail how you clean the registry. sorry i am a noob. any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks
