Heh i read something on Engadget about the DV6 switching up but saw no changes, looked today the DV7 is now all intel anything from a T4200 to a Q9000.

BTW someone linked me to this 250 dollar off cuopon code for most hp's - http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?t=1286585

    My New DV7 Config @ 989.99:
    Versus my last DV6 Config @ 933.99
BTW does HP charge sales tax in all states?

This is very old news. I don't even know why engadget posted that up. That information was probably just to let people who haven't checked out Hp in the past month or so, to do so.
That new update is actually not old. Its just engadget didnt get to it yet. they're practically late on that info.

I had checked hp within the past week and they had amd processor on the site. Though a quick google turns up a bunch of DV7's with intel for sale so it was a bit confusing.

Now i have 2 choices instead of one lol. Im definitly going intel this time and the 17inch has an advantage besides cheap bluray. I can plop the 250 gig i have into the second bay.
