    Members,
Good evening, (GMT+3) I ask for assistance in some background or history of a notebook that is available to me here at my local MCX(Marine Corps Exchange). The model is as stated in the title of this thread. I have looked for it on as many websites as I can access through my limited connection. If you can give me some insight and the specs if available it would greatly be appreciated. With that any history or the pro's and con's that might be associated with it. Also, if you know what the "cl" stands for could you let me know as well. Thanks in advance for any assitance you can provide. Please advise.

    Here's a review of the dv7...

The specs look pretty decent and depending on what you plan on using the system for it should perform very well...
The cl just is HP's tag for specific region/store the laptop is meant to be sold in. If I can remember correctly the cl's are usually meant to be sold in Costco.
