I have a DV8120CA with the 54g 802.11b/g WLAN With 125HSM/SpeedBooster and a WRT54G router but can't seem to get the wireless connection to work. The signal is strong but it won't assign an IP address. I've tried updating the drivers and turned off the firewalls but it still won't work.

I've tried configuring the adapter but that doesn't help either (though I'm not sure how to configure it, so).

    Any suggestions?

is MAC filtering turned-on on the router? If yes, you should add the MAC address to the table.
