I would be very grateful if someone could describe the differences between DV6000 and DV9000 computers. I have been unable to discern the differences as both series seem to have large and small screens and entertainment packages.

The dv6000 is equipped with a 15.4" WXGA screen while the dv9000 includes a 17" screen with options of higher resolutions.

The dv9000 is capable of using 2 hard drives while the dv6000 is capable of only 1.

The dv9000 is offered with the optional geforce 8600M GS while the dv6000 only goes upto the 8400M GS.

The dv9000 offers a full size keyboard along with the number pad while the dv6000 comes only with the full size keyboard.

The dv6000 is comparitively more lighter and is offered with 12 cell batteries while the dv9000 goes up to the 8 cell since its more of a desktop replacement notebook than the dv6000.

Otherwise, other than the screen sizes are very similar in terms of form and function.
