    DV9000 recall ?

    my USB ports have stopped working did everything troubleshooting told me to do and software checks out fine but wont read i-pod , or my phone on the usb ! tried other devices as well , but all have failed.

    I have read that there is a recall going on for the usb ports on the dv9000 wanted to find out feedback or advice on what and how to pursue this.



    p.s called customer support but that didn't help person was incompetent and couldn't give me any information
