I'm not going to be gaming huge on it but will probably play Counter strike source and World of warcraft, which should I choose? How much of a difference will I see when Im using the T7200 CPU and 2gigs of ram?

There's not much difference between the two seeing as the Go 7600 can't really use all of the 512MB memory anyways. For what you are doing on it, just go with the 256MB version it will be more than sufficient.

If you want to read up, check out the GPU Guide. Airman's right though: 256MB is all that card is going to be able to effectively use.
