DV9500 questions (cam and fp reader)

Just a couple of questions:
1). If you get the webcam and fingerprint reader is there still a microphone? The ordering description is a little confusing.

2). Please tell me as much info about the fingerprint reader? Is there any downloadable info about it? Is it active pre boot, or only within Windows.

3). What (if any) software is provided for the cam and reader?

4). How does the Quick Play work? Can you view DVDs without starting Windows (does it start before windows).

I'm getting mine on Wednesday and want to rid it of all the extra crap, so I'm going to do a clean install using the anytime upgrade dvd. Any info appreciated!

1. Yes microphone is included with the webcam and reader. Yeah its confusing on the site.

2. The reader is active when windows starts. So you can swipe your finger at the log in screen to log into windows. You don't even have to click your name on the screen. Just swipe your finger and it knows which user it is and logs you in.

3. The reader and cam both have software pre-installed. The reader software is fairly cool and is fully intergrated into windows so it works with both the IP and the internet explorer. I haven't gotten a chance to use the webcam and software but I heard the software is still a bit immature for vista. I'm sure it will be updated soon though.

4. Yes you can hit quick play and watch dvds. Apparently with vista though it takes a bit longer for quickplay to start. I believe it boots up part of vista before coming on. (Someone confirm this).

I just want to see EXACTLY which software apps I need to find and load once I've got the OS up and running. Don't want the HP update, HP support, HP manual, HP dishwasher, and HP fingernail clipper (joking) crap.

Anyone else have anything they want to throw in here?
