    DV9700t Help and Support issue.

    When running the trouble shooter (to check battery health). The software keeps giving me an Invalid (no battery) error. I'm pretty sure it's a software issue because the battery works fine. HP's software also doesn't pick up the system information reliably either.

    Does anyone have any suggestions to get it working?
