    DVD Tray Wont Open.

    Remove your entire disk reader from your compter. Turn your computer on and off. Then re install your disk reader and turn the computer back on. :)

    Exactly. Remove the back panel of your laptop and you will see the DVD reader inside. Just push it out. It should be fairly easy. Then while it's out, boot your computer on, then turn it back off. Put the DVD reader back in and turn your computer back on. :)

    You most likely wont break anything. Haha It's not a difficult task at all so you should be fine. :)

    The DVD reader is usually held in with one screw. Remove that and with a little tug to release the connector it will slide out.

    Ya, gotta disassemble and reattach as needed. If you had a service center do this they should be responsible.
