    Hi All.

I am considering buying a dv9500t via Costco. Does Costco have a return policy with regards to dead pixels? If there's just one dead pixel, will they take it back, or do they go by the manufacturer's idea of how many dead pixels are acceptable?

    thanks,

    - Frank

As far as I know you can take back your laptop for any reason within 90 days. It used to be for the life of the product, but because of cheats they had to reduce it to 90 days.

Adamal is right. I'm not saying CostCo would refuse your return, but it's better to be vague with your reason for return. Very vague. Just say something like, "It's not working out."

The less specific you are, the more successful you'll be (with any return for that matter). With that said, CostCo does have the MOST liberal return policy I've seen for computers.
