Hey guys, as we all know HP isn't great with keeping up to date with AMD especially since I have switchable graphics.

So I have to rely on trial on error with AMD updates, sometimes I get the error hardware isn't compatible during install.

Anyway, I believe I am on version 11.12 now of the display driver here is a shot:

My problem is when my battery dies on my laptop, I cannot wake the device. The screen will not come on, it's a driver issue. When the computer is in sleep normally it comes back on. Also, games will not properly recognize my card, (eg Skyrim) rather it is group as 5600 series instead of HD 5650

What driver version should I use? a direct link will be great, I have driver sweeper for a clean install.

Also, should I install the HD audio driver that comes with the display driver? is this the problem? I'm still using the audio driver from HP site. I dont think my audio rig has anything to do with ATI/AMD it says its IDT High Defintion.

    Thanks

    Try the DNA drivers.
