    Delivery Stalled?

    So my dv6t was shipped on the 3rd and has been in Shanghai, China for four days now and has yet to leave. If I check the fedex tracking, it says four times that it is in Shanghai. Anyone who had the same issue please shed light on this for me because I'm impatiently waiting for my incredible computer. Thanks! :D

    It has to clear export in Shanghai, that process doesn't happen everyday as far as I can tell. Start worrying if it gets stuck for more than a week at Shanghai.

    Okay thank you and actually, I spoke too soon because it is now in transit in narita, chiba, japan. Woo... estimated delivery says the 9th, so I'm holding Fedex to that date! :p

    Ugh it backtracked to Sennan-Shi, Japan... why? That makes no sense. Where is the airport? Lmfao and why didn't the fedex go from Shanghai straight to Sennan-shi and not to Narita, Japan? Madness!

    That's cool thank you, but actually, I'm just overreacting about everything. :p I don't know why the route went the route that it did, but it finally made it to California and then off to Tennessee! I'm so thrilled! On its way for tomorrow! :)

    Oh god, I do, I DO! The keyboard is beyond phenomenal. My 9 cell is just endless battery life. The screen is bright and vivid (and 1080p :rolleyes: ). Sound control is perfect. Jeez and the laptop chassis is pretty much edge to edge beautiful. I definitely love it. And of course, with the i7 3612qm processor and 32gb mssd, this baby is speedy! Haha, I've yet to play any games with my very decent 630m graphics!

    You all are making me even more excited to get mine. I just checked the 'Order Status' right now and it's in Dallas! At the sort facility!! This was about 2 hours ago, my estimated shipping date is the 13th. I know most FedEx's deliver on Saturday so is it possible I could get it tomorrow? Or even later today?!

    I wouldn't count on it. It costs extra for Saturday delivery. The estimated date there on the FedEx site is usually right on. I could be wrong though!

    I have the backlit keyboard coming on my new one (wish they had had that when I got the other one last year) and 9-cell battery as well. And of course the 1080p screen is the best upgrade you can do. I have a Samsung 830 256GB SSD waiting to go in when the new one gets here.

    Yea I agree, I'm sure the estimated delivery is always right. Which is awesome. Got mine smack dab right in the morning too!

    This morning I got the email that mine has already shipped! It wasn't scheduled to ship until 8/21. Looks like HP is building more efficiently lately. Good news!
